Super friendly hosts and administrators. All of the room is perfectly the same top quality as on the pictures! Hassle free check-in and super helpful checkout- allowed us to stay longer with no additional charge. Will definitely come again and recommend to all who is looking for calm place to stay around city center and Taksim square. Additional benefit the hotel located within 10 min walking distance both from Metro and Havaist buses from both airports coming to Taksim.

The place was incredibly cozy and charming, but what truly stood out was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make things easier for me in a foreign country. I fell ill just two days into my trip, and since most pharmacies were closed, they provided me with the address of one that stayed open all night. They even offered to take me to the emergency room, which nearly brought me to tears—it meant so much to feel that cared for in an unfamiliar place. Although I couldn’t fully enjoy the city due to the weather, their kindness made all the difference.

It's perfect location. Only 8 mins walk from Taksim square which is very well connected with other parts of Istanbul by public transport and even SAW airport (Havabus stop is only 10 mins walk away). Property doesn't provide breakfast but I believe you can make a cup of coffee and tea and your own toast downstairs as they have a facilities for it which we didn't use. There are plenty of places to go to. Also staff would recommend you places to go which are nothing to do with promotions and are truly honest recommendations. Property is spotless clean and has a family feel. The staff met all our requirements and even provide us with early check in, organised shuttle to airport so we didnt have to deal with it on our own. On a rainy day they gave us umbrellas which was a lovely gesture. Pictures are truly represents the property. It has all the basics for a short trip (kettle, fridge, blow dryer). We felt safe and welcomed there.

The place is really amazing. It's location is very convenient as it's very close to Taksim. It's one street and less than 5 minutes walk. So it's really close but still very quiet which is a rare combination. The staff are the highlight of our stay and they keep the place private and family oriented. They clean the room every other day and they are willing to help with anything you ask them. The rooms are clean and cozy. They have a range of rooms up to hotel apartments.

Staff was great, they waited for me till late at night for late check in. They were also helpful during the stay and clean room which was very nice. Toom was as described.
